What is EORI number and how can I get it?

What is it?
An EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) number is a unique identifier assigned to businesses by customs authorities in the European Union.
What is it used for?
It is necessary to have an EORI number to import or export goods outside the European Union. Carriers will ask for this number before delivery.
Who is concerned?
All companies based in EU who buy Getxent products; indeed, they are shipped from Switzerland (outside EU).

How can I get my EORI number?
For most EU countries, you can request your EORI number on the website of local customs. For ex.:
