Below, you will find useful information about shipping and deliveries.

Lead time

Products are typically shipped from our warehouse within 2 to 4 working days after your order, except for Odor Getxent tubes.

To ensure freshness, all Odor Getxent tubes are made to order. Please allow:

  • Up to 8 weeks for cadaver tubes
  • 3 to 4 weeks for other odors

To optimize lead times, your order may be shipped in multiple deliveries.

Once your parcel is ready, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number.

Shipping of Samples for Analysis

Samples must be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), declared as samples with a value of 1 USD. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, as well as any potential import-related fees.

We recommend choosing a carrier that provides a tracking number, and kindly ask you to share this tracking number with the Getxent team.

Packaging

Pack the Getxent Tubes in the Getxent glass vials. Ensure they are properly protected to prevent any damage during transportation.

EORI

What is it?

An EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) number is a unique identifier assigned to businesses by customs authorities in the European Union.

What is it used for?

An EORI number is required to import or export goods outside the EU. Carriers will request this number before delivery.

Who is concerned?

All companies based in the EU purchasing Getxent products, as our products are shipped from outside the EU.

How can I get my EORI number?

For most EU countries, you can request your EORI number via your local customs authority’s website. Examples:
