LC-MS analysis of Getxent tubes requires an extraction of the content of the Getxent tubes with solvents. We recommend the following solvents at room temperature:
- Methanol
- Dimethylformamide
- Acetone
- Isooctane
- 10% sulfuric acid solution
- 10% caustic soda solution
